If you're referring to the roving photographer (I spied him at the pit lane entrance, up on the hill and on the outside of Turn 10, amongst other places), I believe that was Tiit Saul.

Thanks also from me to the MX5 Club of NSW, and especially to all the officials, for running a great day, and giving all the entrants a great opportunity to get out on the track and have some fun.

This was the 2nd run for my white NB track car (Note self: got to come up with a name for the car!), and yet again a good learning experience. It was rewarding to improve my PB and to share ideas and stories with many other people.

So you at Eastern Creek ....... err...... Sydney Motorsport Park ..... in October.

I thought I saw Tiit Saul walking around but I wasn't sure. Also saw a few people out there with some serious looking cameras. Hopefully someone will post some up so we can all see?

Yep, that was Tiit (tiki on this forum) with the cameras again. Keep an eye on his Flickr page on coming days. I'll arrange to have an "all club members" email sent out once they're online.

Hi Guys.

Great event! This was my first time out on the MX5 and I had an absolute ball! I managed 1:16.5, which is one second faster than my best time on my old Peugeot 206 GTI. Thanks to all organizers for such a great event!

One of the photographers you saw was a mate of mine, who is a keen amateur photographer. He spent the day shooting photos and videos of the event. I have a copy of the lot and there are so many pics, I reckon I he captured every car on the track!

Just post your car number and I'll be happy to post some pics of your car.

What about Daniel's NC? Was it boosted (didn't get a chance to check it out)? He was fastest on the day with 1:07.05. :shock:

Cool video Reg, I liked the last one that I saw of you better. It was when you kept pissing yourself laughing every time you spun off.

Your NC was brilliant and thats a great time! The other supercharged NC was Tim's red NC which had issues with his ECU and immobiliser.

Daniels NC wasn't blown rather a built 2L. He mentioned the details, but I can't remember them all 100%. ECU was reflashed.

Great time for him in the end, he said his tyres were a problem.
