i just un lowered my car by 15mm and wish i did it earlier!

the suspension actually works now, its amazing.

And this is why after having someone work for a few hours on my suspension geometry and the alignment to go with it, I have kept a sensible ride height.. And I live next to a level rail crossing.

No excuses! I go over that railway line everyday on the way to work, and I'm no way near what you'd call a sensible height.

Well its been a long time since I actually checked my ride height, I recently raised the back about 5mm, but even after that...
