It is his first car, a red MX5 NA. We have done one club run together so far. It would be interesting to see how many father/son combinations there are out there. We both should be at the next club track day and then there will be some real father son competition

A mate in Caboolture has a red NA and his son also has one as well! Was the ones featured in the article in Club magazine about the trip last Christmas touring Tasmania - the son bought it from his mother! Both excellent examples

Hey Kev, you are correct the white NA was me and I was heading to MX5 Plus.

Nope, quite certain it was not you behind the wheel. It was a young skinny fellow with shoulder length blonde hair behind the wheel. The car has stickers on the rear window of hardtop and has those sick looking racing wheels. Similar to what is fitted to Charlie's car. If it's yours it could do with a polish. :lol:

I was the second car at the lights on Gympie road waiting to turn right into Robinson/Albany Creek Road. I waved but the driver didn't see me. It can be difficult to spot a green NB with black hardtop in traffic. Blends into the background. :lol:

Also spotted a grey NC roadster entering car park in May Street at approximately 7.15am.

Followed a Copper Red NC northbound on Southern Cross Way (old Gateway) at 5.20pm with black & gold personalised plate and chrome wave bar with roof up. Was too far behind to see what the plate said.

Spotted a dark blue NC on the Pacific Motorway, inbound to CBD, around 1700hrs.
This also happens to be a historic moment, my first encounter with another 5 while driving my 5!
It was only an hour after I signed the papers

Brunette female driving.

BTW, I am now driving a silverstone NA, rego: ### SKZ, if anyone spots me
