They do have exemptions, im sure you will be able to run with roof down.

On another note, ill prolly just drive down with my R specs on, but if anyone has some space for 2 tyres to transport down for me, ill swap tyres down there... (the R specs will prolly be bald as at the end of the day)

i have always run down roof down with no issue as my old seat was quite high and i couldn't get in it with a helmet, sprint V will allow me to run a hardtop

Coming down to watch and see all have fun.....

Who's going down Saturday to watch racing at Wakefield then staying over night before Sundays racing......

Looking at staying at the Alpine overnight.....

Hi all,

Correct Guran it's Curcuit Club race day on Saturday and thought maybe worthwhile to have a look on Saturday and do think PB is lining up for the days racing....

Of course it's MX5 Club Day SUNDAY 2nd DEC...

Plenty of entrants going I see but also we need plenty of supporters / visitors in the stands as well to cheer them along...

It's just a matter of semantics. Neither Saturday or Sunday is "racing". Both are sprint events where drivers compete against the clock (like qualifying in F1). We're not racing door-to-door.

Nick and I will be there in the mighty black Mazda2.

Since SMP Sth we've fitted some Yellowspeed coilovers from MX5 Mania, and stripped out the back seat and rear trim.

The new fully slammed look -

We will also be bringing the green one too as its starting to feel unloved......

Should be a fun day again :mrgreen:
