I mentioned it primarily because at the club track day I noticed a major variance in roll bars, configurations and the height clearance that wasn't CAMS compliant.

Thanks though :)

Btw Chris you can only edit posts for 20 minutes I think it is. The idea being to keep people honest :D
So they can't change their story if selling an item.

And thanks for the research / dates! Looking forward to it, the diary is getting full (requires many brownie points / leave passes to be earnt over Xmas break  )

Those of us with CAMS Licences will need to keep an eye out for either a 1 hour enduro at SMP or the Mid year Sports Car Carnival!!

MRA is looking better and better. Caught up with a buddy last night who does the Radical series - their fees have just gone up to $2500 each event, and they have to buy petrol ($2.5 a litre) and tyres from the event organiser.

Ouch.

edit....Cams licence and logbook too. More $$$

Reckon I can get the car compliant without too much hassle, and sort the race suit and licences, but would I feel hopelessly outclassed and grumpy in this series if I'm only getting down to 1:34s at Sandown, 2:04s at Phillip Island and 1:46s at Winton (though I might be a bit less slow the next times at each of these now I have a race seat and harness)?

Does anyone drive their cars to these events? And how often are they not capable of being dríven home?
UK since return: Standard NC2 (horrid), C200K, ND2 BBR, NC2 BBR200 (loved it), NC BBR300 (better than BARMY), V-Special, turbo NB8B (my 84th car)

I have a new suit I could sell to you cheap.. What size you need?
I'll be towing my registered racer so I have a comfier seat for the trek there and back.
I'm not quite race ready, but getting there
So lets go!
