Honestly any normal person can see that I havnt been a prick on these forums or my discussions here and some of the responses from senior members of the MX5 club of NSW that I have recieved are downright disgusting!
I would like to state that upon reflection, the average 30/40km/hr average over the limit was only done on straights, so traffic and corners would have made the entire average speed probaly around or abit faster than the limit. But just read this post from dweezle and you get my point.
Sounds like this has been happening for a while.
This is from the thread that Okibi started and linked above

The convoy behaviour was atrocious.
Especially with 12 or more cars.
Regrouping over blind crests in 100Kmph zones.
Pulling up next to each other sometimes 3 cars astride to chat.
Continuous 130Kmph + for hours at an end.
Aggressivly making cars pull over so they could pass.
At one point almost every car tried its best to muscle past a truck towing a boat on a really windy mountain road.
On blind corners, blind crests, sometimes 2 MX5's at once.
At one point there was almost a 120Kmph head on avoided only because the oncoming car, (Whole Family), went off road into the dirt with enormous Gumtrees growing metres away.
Once we regrouped i voiced my dissaproval of this behaviour and how embarassed i was. The returning choir was "HE SHOULD HAVE PULLED OVER SO WE COULD ALL PASS".
This was it for me. I tried to get out of the next nights Hotel but i would have lost my money so i stayed there and then left the group the next day to continue on our own.
This was mostly made up of drivers 40 and over who i would have thought would know better.
My younger brother who is on his Green P's just couldnt believe the reckless attitude of these drivers.
It seems none of them have heard of a racetrack, and not only disregard there own lives but that of the public also.
Being an official club activity I would love to know what would happen if an accident occured and Cams found out as its there insurance we where on.
It seems the convoy behaviour makes most feel as though they have more right on the road then other users and its only luck that stopped a major accident quite a few times on this trip.
I have been on other club cruises and this has not been the case.
It is still almost impossible to not interupt other traffic with more than say 5 cars. How badly is, i believe the issue that needs to be addressed in the future.
