Automotive Plus Brisbane Detailing Day - 18th May 2013
Hi All,
Great response to the EOI thread, thank you!
Met with Danny at Automotive Plus on Friday, had the tour and we now have more details.
Date: 18th May, 9am - 1pm at Automotive Plus, 2a/605 Zillmere Rd, Aspley (Behind RACQ)
Map: http://goo.gl/maps/cOjfJ
Will need to limit detailing to 6 cars due to time as mentioned earlier, but the more the merrier to gather and offer your tips!
If possible, best to arrive with a mostly clean car, so we can make yours really shine, if we can get as many assistants as possible this will speed up the process greatly.
This will be followed with a lunch & lemonade at Hog's Breath Cafe, around the corner. Will need firm numbers for this part by 30th April so space can be made.
What to bring:
1 - Your smiling face
2 - Your car
3 - Any detailing / washing equipment you have
4 - A camera so we can show off our work to the country
Firm list starts below - Please list if you're assisting or looking to have a hand with getting your car detailed or coming along just for the social side to offer your tips.
Please send me a PM if you're looking to attend lunch.
Detailing:
1 - Crapweasel: Assisting, bringing power random orbital buffer, polishes, pads, and a bunch of microfibre cloths.

I'd love to participate in the detailing!
I'll bring a random orbital and some pads, plus some polishes and waxes. Hoping to get my car looking like new.

I will take a drive down the range from Toowoomba to meet, participate, pick up some tips and take some photographs. I may leave before the day ends with all the travelling. Cheers

Look forward to seeing you there NASilver - early leaving isn't a problem considering the travel!

I'm not gonna bother putting my name down for a detail due to having no idea what I'll be doing work-wise
But if I'm free, I'll definitely pop in and say hello/annoy everyone

I'll supply some non-alcoholic beverages to quench the thirst.
