MRA Round 2 - 14th April

Yeah I didn't have a bad trip back, hopped straight into a beer and shower!

Had a quick look at the footage, pretty funny my eyes are swivelling on sockets when you were behind me trying to keep track of you you slippery bas$%#d. Going to buy the biggest mirror I can find!

Pm me your address and I will send you a memory stick. When I get yours I will combine them both into one file, should be pretty funny.

Had some really good races, acc. Return spring broke at the end of first lap in the last race so that was it for me.

Meet some new people on the weekend and put some tags to the faces. There is a good core of guys racing Mx5's at the moment.
My weekend went from bad to worse. Nothing that money can't fix. Is anyone going to put some in-car footage of the day. I need to get my racing fix somehow.

Hi,

Was a great weekend of racing with mx5's and super TT. The new motor didn't miss a beat and done 1.10's all day on a slippery set of slicks. The car will do 1.09's

. Its great racing in mx5's where the guys have respect for each other and each others property

. There were battles all through the pack as well!!

Super TT is a little different as you have old guys driving (point and shoot) cars who sometimes forget the capabilities of their cars. Ill be at the next fosc at eastern creek, not sure about doing MRA as the stewards have no idea what their talking about!!. Blamed me for an incident at turn 1 (due to my lack of experience)!!! And didnt want to hear my side of the story. Then the driver whom i had the incident with came and appologised for pushing me wide, in front of them!!!!, i then shook his hand and the incident was over!!, however the stewards didnt back down on their ruling!!!. Might find where they live and give them a midnight visit

. Also the fact that no blue flags were waved when lapping the EXcells!!! Probably the reason Shane Otten hit one!!.

Besides this i was happy with a 3rd in TT, And 2nd in 2B mx5's. I hope every one had as much fun as i did, and hopefully see u all again sometime in the future!!

John I've got some footage and weevil has too so will throw it up in the next day.

There were a few casualties on the day. Shane, yourself, Matt had a major altercation, Phil had some bad luck, Daniel (Byron). Happens, there's always next time !
