Nice numbers Stu on the fuel economy, and after three and a bit times around the globe to boot!

Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
OMG
It has taken me a year to beat my PB from July last year.
Smashed my Lakeside PB time by 7 Hundredths of a Second!!!!!!
In the three dry runs today, consistent 64s with a mix of 63s.

Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
Great photo but what's with the red wheels?
Are they the "black" 17" Racing Harts painted red? (assuming this based on the low sidewall and wheel arch gap).

haha
Large wheel gap is due to pulling 55thousand G whizzs in right hand corner
They are two of my 15 6ULs plastidipped red, then coated in Carbotech XP10

Re: Stuart & Lisa's MINX
I thought you might suggest it was an awesomely hot lap
How's the plastidip holding up on the track?
Did the red Rims make you go faster?

Correct.
Simple answer.
MX5 Plus is 40 min drive, then 2hr + on public transport to get home.
This workshop is ten minute walk from home.
But the Owner lives in my complex. So he drove the car there, and will bring it home for me. Simple.
(even though he races REXs I dont hold that against him)

Good opportunity to put in a lightweight flywheel?
