For WA buyers who are interested purchase from Japan
Hi guys, I have a good news for you all. My mate who helped me to retrim my interior told me that he has shipment from Japan very offen. So I asked him can I or others use his account for shipping. He said no problem at all, he can even ask his partner in Japan to purchase and ship to here.
I believe it is a very good way to buy things from Japan since we don't know Japanese and individual shipping is expensive.
If you guys have any question please let me know, I will ask my friend for more info.

Sounds good.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Why not just use import monster??
I've used them on more than one occasion. No issues.

How does this compare with ordering parts say, directly from the manufacturer? (where it's possible, i.e.) Guess I'm looking at cost in totality, as opposed to just shipping. Btw, EMS Japan has an English website that one might like to refer to. If you know the weight of an item it's possible to more or less find out the shipping cost.

My friend is getting much cheaper as his company is base in Japan. So a lot of customers will have their seat cover send to Japan for trimming or re-design. So in a week or month there could be more than 50s+ shipping for him.

if you are ordering straight from the manufacturer, then i wouldn't include a 3rd party wanting their slice of the pie at extra cost.dielle wrote:How does this compare with ordering parts say, directly from the manufacturer? My friend will get his partner over in Japan to order something that we don't normally find. Do you guys remember the 2nd hand parts shop in Japan from Mighty Car Mods? We could get something like that, but I need to ask my friend how much he can help first.

I have asked my friend and he said he can ship a car, price from 700 - 1000 AUD but you will need to hire a broker in Japan for taking the car to the port, that cost 880 AUD
