Can I come down for a bit if I'm not a member of the club?

Amen to that Regie!

(Found a place on the shelf for that trophy yet?)
Fantastic turnout, 90+ MX5's in a lovely setting.
It was great to meet a lot of folks I've been conversing with on the forums, put faces to names and see their cars in the flesh for the first time.....
Here's a couple of pics of the crowd.....
Also a special mention goes out to (Mrs) Roadrunner for his (her) win in the people's choice category!

Must have been the white wheels......

Great day, good to meet some of you in person. Also good to see some of the future modifications I want to do up close to get an idea.

It never ceases to amaze me how we can pull off things like this. A fully catered free lunch for around 150 club members, plus Concours d'Elegance and Bits & Bling with trophies decided and presented on the day. What a great club to be part of!
Next year it's going to be even bigger when we celebrate our Silver Anniversary.

Was a great day, great excuse to clean the cars and talk about them with people who don't think you're odd for talking about cars.
Great also to meet people on the forum, faces to names and all that.
Credit to all the members who organised the day. Thanks!!!
Oh and a fun run back to Newcastle afterwards

Re: 2014 NSW MX5 Club President's Picnic
We had an excellent day, was great to meet people from here and talk car stuff etc.
Thrilled to have won people's choice! Very unexpected considering the white wheels can polarise a lot of people's opinions.
So thank you to everyone who voted for my car
