Thanks guys for the suggestions so far. The man sized condom might prove a bit hard to steer and change gear. The birka may be a tad too hot. Please, keep the suggestions coming though. I'm finding some of them pretty amusing. Cheers.
Cheers guys. :NB8B:  :NB8B:

Get an upgrade to your genes!

I've got some Jamaican in my ancestry so even when I get burnt it just turns into a tan......

In the original post the guy asked if there was UV shirts that were light and breathe. Well yes there are plenty.

Taminga just honed in on cotton as being the only product and said that a synthetic shirt that breathes was an oxymoron- that's not correct. Synthetics are commonly used for work clothes often in combination with cotton.

Mr M,
You are correct "Synthetics are commonly used for work clothes often in combination with cotton", mainly because of the High visibility issues and as one who has had to work in the they are bloody awful.

I don't know what's so difficult about this!

Any long sleeve cotton t-shirt will do. Get a light-ish colour, thinner material. If not, a linen long sleeve shirt.

I've used athletic tops which are great at wicking sweat and staying cool, but hate the static cling.

Head cover is most important - a broad rimmed cap like you'll see many Asian ladies wearing. You can get them at most golf stores. Won't look so good on a guy though!

Golfing gear is actually very good and designed for standing in the sun.
