Snowie got a nice collection of parts there. All the sought after parts are there.
Nice set of wheels too.
Is respray on the cards down the line?

Thanks Yem11n, 3/4 of the car is yours. I promise I will look after the drive line.
The car is actually really straight and the paint is very good, just a few marks on the front bumper which I will get fixed.
It's really dirty as hasn't been washed in a very long time. I expect to get it back to this condition the first weekend I get it back home.

This was only 3 years ago and I'm sure "Busty Maiden" would have washed it all the time. Probably in her Bikini

The wheels I bought from a young guy in Liverpool who had them on a civic and they were filthy. really filthy. After going mad on him for a while about letting them get in such bad condition and telling him I wasn't even sure I could get them back to any kind of useable condition. There was also a slight indent/buckle on the inner lip of one of the wheels where he hit a pot hole or something and I picked that up and it would need to be professionally repaired. Then negotiated very well from there. He was originally asking for $1200 with the Bridgestone My-01 tyres which I just sold to vincevince for $100.00 last week.
Using my 30 years engineering experience I fixed the indent/buckle by using a big bit of wood. I cut the end to the radius of the inner rim and then hit the "friggin crap"(technical trades person terms) out of it with a really big hammer. I still have the bit of wood if anyone wants a lend

Spent about 8 hours cleaning them with scotch-brite pads and a tube and a half of Autosol.
It balanced up really well and ran perfectly true.

Looks nice with some of my Meister caps as well.

Sorry I wash cars only the one time.
Normally just once before I sell them but in this case sold as non runner I didn't even do that.

John and Chris at PK will polish it for you for $180-$200 depending on its condition. Inlet manifold might be a bit more if you get the bottom half done as well.
They are good guys and do a lot of engine stuff.

Power run at Mania on Tuesday. 157rwkw on a very conservative tune.
Next step off to Exocet for some NitroDann magic and a full 3" exhaust from the SP dump back.
This will be the prototype for any other SP that wants a seriously upgraded, free flowing exhaust. Hopefully the first of many.

Looking great!

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Re: Bear's White NB8B Turbo "Snowie"
Here is the original Frankenstein 3" straight through exhaust. Obviously not exactly legal, but quite functional for a race car.

Seeing as it needs to be registered. Dann has come to the party with a cracker of a legal, super high quality full system. Nice work Dann… You Rock...

Hopefully I will have it back soon and I can terrorise some push bike riders in the National Park.
Any SP owners who would like this exhaust, see Dann's SP exhaust thread. viewtopic.php?f=82&t=66671
