not sure if this is covered before (search came up nothing)
Bridgestone and Michelin are both running promotions pitting the s001 prices very similar to the ps3.
Does anyone have experience running both tyres in 215/45/17 in NC? Keen to hear your feedback.

Re: s001 vs ps3
Hi,
I am running B/Stone S001's on my NC along with W/line sways and Tein Super Streets. They are a great tyre, turn in early and, and will get you around for about 40,000 klm's which is comparable with the OEM RE 050A's.
Greg.
P.S. Do not go down the 'Run Flat' road.

When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?

Re: s001 vs ps3
Cheers greg. thanks for the feedback - I've only ran PS3s before so its refreshing to know that performance tyres can get 40,000 kms.
Does the speed rating make any difference to performance? I note that the PS3 on 215/45 are V rated and the Bridgestones are Y rated.
