$3750 is high for an NB8b.
normally expect them around $2,000-2,500.

Im waiting for an ND 1.5 so i can buy the diff.

Silly people pay sily prices for cars sometimes. Don't expect a bargain at an auction. Too much competition.

Off topic but fascinated with what you are going to do with a 2.8 diff?

You want a 4.1? That's an NB8A ratio, should be plenty of them around, I have one that I will be selling soon

I believe the gears from NA/NB are not the same as ND.

The 1.5's come with a 4.1:1, the 2.0's (manual) come with something like 2.8:1, the 2.0 (auto) around 3.4:1.

I want to swap a 1.5 diff into my 2.0 auto.

I think both the ND manuals are 2.866 the 4.1 is the 1.5 auto and the other is the 2.0 auto, but importantly are you saying that ND diff centres or CWP do fit other models?

Does anyone know which diffs swap other than the established NA 1.8 and NB swaps? Would be nice to find out.

Peter.

Edit sorry Beavis didn't realise you had an ND.

I'm pretty confident all ND diffs are interchangeable.
I haven't found any info to suggest ND diff gears are same as earlier models.
