On the run up to Beechmont. Wife wanted to buy it, but so far she's dríven it for about half an hour and I've dríven it for about 12 hours. Strangely, by her choice; she always asks me to drive. No arguments from me

the reason why many women ask the bloke to drive is because the male, especially if a car enthusiast ,has a tendency to criticise a womens driving technique. So it works quite well until the male gets too old or drinks too much and then the woman may not fancy driving "his" car. No guarantee that this is factually correct or appropriate in the age of increasing equality in all things ...

If any of you guys can work this out where my beautiful other half doesn't give me that "I'm going to de vein your nuts with a blunt spoon" look........ FOR GODS SAKE- let me in on it!!!! Until then, my keggs are awaiting somewhere hidden behind my pancreas until its safe to "re-descend" :shock:

I just moped about looking all pitiful and sad that a used BMW 135i seemed like an indulgence as another car and SWMBO said; "look, you're a long time dead - if you want it, buy the bloody thing." So who was I to argue with that logic? Happy days. :mrgreen:
