cool story Pete

So it will look like every other RF on the road, just with red callipers and black wheels.

Holy trinity sounds to me like modern rubbish talk. The RF looks ok but no way its an awesome bit of kit. Nothing to look at here

Why does anybody care that somebody is buying a new car? It happens.

I think most of us have been basically telling YOU this - you've bought a new car and seem to be trying to convince everyone how great it is and so far we're not that impressed.

You actually believe he really has bought an RF?

I'm treating this as a fun post to hang sh*t on a troller, "Sneaky Pete" has only posted in this thread, which he created, so there's not much substance to it.

If he REALLY DID order and pay for this car, it seems to me that he's trying to justify the purchase and is hoping for some reassurance, either that or he's hoping to offload it when it arrives by drumming up awareness of how supposedly awesome this limited edition is.

Who cares what pete thinks or says.
Not once has he made an intellectual comment about mechanical engineering nor has he provided any value or assistance to people on this forum.

I've got a feeling you're gonna be so disappointed in March 2018.

It's coming, end of story. Don't forget, this car is for the wife, not for me. I sacrificed the Nismo 370z for the Ltd Ed RF.

The new Aston Martin Vanquish was revealed today. It was shown in two tone black and pearl white colour scheme, with a black aero kit. It looks exactly like the Ltd Ed RF we're getting. No doubt my intuition was correct and I chose the most cutting edge automotive design at the moment. March can't come soon enough.

You mean we've got to put up with this nonsense until March? :|

As we, collectively as a forum, embark on this journey of piecing together the mysteries of the 2018 Ltd Ed MX5 RF, a gorgeous vision splendour is emerging. I have exciting news regarding the special forged BBS wheels. My wish was that they weren't black, like the overseas club models. Black robs the wheel of detail. I wanted a charcoal grey colour, just like my 370z. I can now confirm that the splendid forged BBS wheels will the said grey colour!! Here's a pic....

Classic all the way!!!!! Wheels befitting a great sports car!!!!! A work of art and engineering!!!!

Lol, in many ways, in terms of my dear wife, for whom this will be her new car, this is much ado about nothing. However, this high level of OEM gear from the manufacturer is vital for street cred and kudos. I can now confidently state that the very rare 2018 Ltd Ed MX5 RF will be best MX5 ever presented to the public! I've had it confirmed to me that the Ltd Ed MX5 RF will be manufactured in January 2018. I thank all the beta testers for making the 2018 Ltd Ed MX5 RF the best version yet.
