$250 is not to bad for GP circuit. Even $300 for 80 minutes is pretty good.
A Supersprint is around that price for 40 minutes if you are lucky. But on Premium Sunday.

The only thing I don't get is how can they do this for that price with only 25 cars per night. Weeknight track rental rates must be cheap.
They have 240 minutes of total track time available and each driver gets 80 minutes.
It looks like it would be split in 2 groups from their short description with a pause between the 2 run groups.
So only 12-13 per group.

Just not a fan of the setting glary sun or the random skill levels and cars you will see.

Weeknight track not used much I guess. Maybe V-Sport (Barrie Smith) and ARDC are sharing the (financial) risk.

I'm going to the Jan one.
Have you seen anything resembling supp regs? All I can see is "Road registered vehicles only". Thats fine but can I run on AR1s??

AR-1s will be fine. No supp regs, no scrutineering. Might have to show cams licence and maybe rego certificate.
I have had 2 emails from v-sport with info docs. I will find and post here.

Correction. I see no mention of CAMS licence. Just need a road licence, registered vehicle and helmet.

COURSE INFORMATION & SCHEDULE
AT A GLANCE
Location
Sydney Motorsport Park – Gate A, Ferrers Rd, Eastern Creek
Registration is in Suite 9, Level 1 above the pit lane garages.
Arrival time
Please be on-site by 4:30pm to register, with the compulsory Drivers Briefing from 5.00PM. If you miss
this briefing you will need to wait for a later briefing, potentially reducing your on-track time.

WHAT TO WEAR
Clothing
Must provide ankle to wrist coverage as a minimum. It can get very hot, cold and windy at SMSP so
please bring appropriate casual clothing for inter-sessional breaks.
Footwear
Ensure you wear comfortable, flat, enclosed shoes. High heels, thongs, sandals, crocs and such are not
permitted.
Helmets
Drivers must have a minimum Australian Standard AS1698 approved helmet for all trackdays. There
are a number of helmets available to hire on the night, contact DrivingSolutions for more information
on 1300 183 700.
V-Sport also have a range of Stilo Helmets available to purchase new - call us on (02) 9679 8644 to

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and has:
— The correct oil and water levels
— A full tank of fuel
— Tyre pressure at recommended manufacturer levels (refer to your vehicle handbook)
— Remove any loose items from your vehicle
INSTRUCTORS
Instructors will be available on the day for in-car tuition, and will be shared among all drivers as fairly
as possible. If you would like a dedicated instructor for every session, please call Driving Solutions in
advance on 1300 183 700 to arrange. The cost of instructors is $440 per trackday.


Food & Beverages
Tea, coffee and water are supplied. There is a cafe on-site, or you are welcome to bring your own food
and drinks. No alcohol should be consumed for at least 12 hours prior to the course.
Weather
Trackdays go ahead regardless of weather conditions. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or
postpone we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellations or Date Changes
Cancellations must be advised at least 7 days prior to the course date, othat a transfer to another date
can be arranged. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a forfeit of all fees paid. Transfers must be
completed within 6 months of the original couse date. Refunds for cancellation or non-attendance are
not available.
Directions
Enter Sydney Motorsport Park via Gate A on Ferrers Road, once on Ferrers Road, SMSP is on the left
hand side, with yellow and black signage. Once you are within Sydney Motorsport Park, please follow
the road down to the end, turn right and park your vehicle. Proceed up one of the flight of stairs to the
first level above the pit garages and follow the signs for Registration.
Sydney Motorsport Park is located 40km west of Sydney’s CBD on Brabham Drive/Ferrers Road at
Eastern Creek.
– From Sydney North / Northwest:
Via M7, take the Wallgrove Rd exit and travel south on Wallgrove Rd. From Wallgrove Rd turn left into
Chandos Rd and left into Ferrers Rd and travel north to Gate A*.
– From Sydney West (Penrith and Blue Mountains):
Via M4, take the Wallgrove Rd exit and travel south on Wallgrove Rd. From Wallgrove Rd turn left into
Chandos Rd and left into Ferrers Rd and travel north to Gate A*.
– From Sydney South / Southern NSW:
Via M7 take the exit at The Horsley Drive, then turn left into Ferrers Rd and travel north to Gate A*.
– Sydney City and East:
Via M4 and take the Wallgrove Rd exit and travel south on Wallgrove Rd. From Wallgrove Rd turn left
into Chandos Rd and left into Ferrers Rd and travel north to Gate A.
Once within the venue please proceed to Suite 9, Level 1 above pit lane garages – follow signage for
Driver Training.
